ISCAN SORTER has dedicated all its technological expertise over decades to developing smart machines capable of meeting the production needs of its clients. This is achieved by applying technologies that execute tasks difficult to perform manually.
By using these new technologies, we have established quality standards that facilitate work at production points and eliminate human errors. When our clients export their products to the most demanding markets, our industrial vision systems provide them with the full capability to determine the shape, size, and color of the fruit and vegetables being processed. Additionally, these systems link to weight sensors for each fruit, allowing for precise weight and density measurements.
We have established research, development, and innovation laboratories specifically to continuously monitor and advance new technological developments, contributing to improving the production process for our clients.
Innovation + Development + Research Department
Creativity and innovation in new ideas are essential and our top priorities. We have the expertise and technology to deliver our products in a way that ensures the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety.
We begin by developing all processes and designs related to electronic, automation, and mechanical advancements for all machines under research. Once completed and approved, we build the first prototype to conduct real-world testing in the production department where it will operate. After that, the production department takes over to manufacture the prototype machines for thorough testing.
Technical Office
The role of innovation + development + the technical office comes after verifying the readiness of the prototype by the technical research department, where each part is dismantled separately to begin initial production.
We inspect and analyze each component individually using the most powerful simulation programs that utilize 3D technologies to ensure the product meets the fundamental requirements and complies with the applicable European Union regulations.
Production
Once the technical studies are completed and the target (prototype) is tested under the same production conditions, our production department manufactures and builds the final product for market release.
We take pride in our industrial facilities’ ability to execute approximately 100 to 150 projects annually.
